First off, why would you post something about the end of the world in a debate forum and not expect this?

Secondly, I wouldn't necessarily say it's not useful. Although it may sound rude to a Christian, it's fortunate about humanity. The world isn't going to end from a mythical character. Everyone should be happy.

It's one thing to disagree, but it's another to say what I believe in is nothing more than a fairy tale told to children.

Granted it IS told to children as truth, but there are plenty of characters throughout the world that are said to bring the world to an end. Many in holy texts too. If you think in your mind that yours is the correct one and dismiss the others as not true, you've created a hypocracy.

If Obama is the Anti-Christ, then maybe we've been wrong about the nature of Jesus. Maybe, instead of being the example of all that is good, He is a small-minded, mean-spirited incompetent.

Oh wow. Obama as the anti-christ. Some people are either oddly racist or still mad that Mccain didn't get elected. But I wouldn't label Jesus as those things...if we're going to jump into over-generalizations, I'd say the rules he supposedly told people make him more out to be a hardcore hippy than a small-minded incompetent (which I don't believe he was). He was extremely unique for his time.

I do not know if Obama is the antiChrist, but those times are coming.  The Anit-Christ promotes world peace and unity and strives to make a one-world government (It's getting there.).  The currencies are all being made equal (Euro).  The Anti-Christ will at some point try to (and slightly succeed to) convince the world that he is the Messiah, and he will even give proof.  You can't guess who will be the anti-christ, but hey, world leaders like Obama are the prime suspects. lol.  I'm actually pretty excited about the endtimes with all the Earthquakes happening. LOL

Obama is NOT the anti-christ!!!! LA LA Land!!!!  I just cant believe all of the crap I am hearing in this debate. You know what, if all of these earthquakes and natural disasters are truly so-called emerging signs of the end of the world, it doesn't matter what you believe. If the earth happens to fall, then so be it, what are we gonna do??? You can pray all you want, and quote scripture until you are blue in the face, claim that the
"Anti-christ" is mowing the white house lawn if you want to, Whatever!!!! But it won't change a thing-If you are going to die-Your'e gonna die! Nature is an awesome force, and it could care less about your beliefs, it cannot be stopped, and how we evolve to adjust to it will tell us alot about the human race. In order to survive something like this, leaving the fairy tales behind and jumping on the reality wagon may give some incite to what we should do as human beings if faced with such a tragedy.

 I guarantee you that "the anti-christ" will not be hovering over you as you lay dying, laughing and professing his/her victories over the failures of humanity, its so far fetched, its ridiculous! If the world falls, no matter what you have done in your life, or who or what you have pledge allegiance to, those objects are obsolete.  They just won't matter anymore, and I guarantee you that even the most kindest people will be ready to push someone weaker in to the mud to get themselves or their family to safety. Don't get me wrong, some people will sacrifice their lives for others, but believe me, the ratio will not be very even. Surprised? I'm not!!! Why?- because in reality, human beings are very selfish, and when it comes down to fight or flight response in those situations, when there isn't a chance to survive, get ready to be disappointed by some of the nicest, most religious people you know. The scripture in the bible talks about selfishness, but words on a page won't stop nature, ever.

  Everyone is going to run for their lives, everyone will be terrified, everyone will cry and weep, and if you so desire, the so called "anti christ" won't finish mowing his lawn and it will be survival of the fittest on the largest scale you have ever seen. And no one person on this planet that people claim to be the manifestation of "the anti-christ", will be a catalyst in these events. Get a Grip people!!!

Just get prepared for natural disasters, and don't read too much into whats been going on. If the world decided to shift tomorrow, the last thing I want to hear from someone fleeing next to me is something stupid, like...." See?? I told you President Obama was the Anti-Christ!" "thats whyall of this stuff is happening!!!"

TZS tells it how it is. People tend to believe because we have natural disasters occuring a lot over the world that this is a sign of the end. The fact of the matter is if you were alive 50+ years ago, you'd be lucky to hear about any natural catastrophies outside of the US. Since our technology is so advanced now, we hear about everything going on in the world. Our knowledge of these events is accelerated. We're on-the-spot of knowing what's going on. And you know what? It's nothing new. These things have happened steadily throughout history.

So I did some reading (in the Bible), and I do agree that I think the term "antichrist" has been a little misunderstood.  It talks a lot in John's letters that there are many antichrists, yet in Revelation, it doesn't use the same word.  I think everyone just assumes the Beast is the same as the AntiChrist.  So when people think of the "AntiChrist", they think of the Beast Out of the Earth.  So if you just call it a different name, you can say the same stuff.  So when I think of the AntiChrist, I think of the Beast, but I am now persuaded that the term "antichrist" means all the people who deny Jesus came into the world as flesh.  Therefore, most of the people on FusionCash are antichrists.  Yayyyyyyyy..  LOL
