Has the Anti-Christ arrived?

With all the things in the Bible coming to pass, the one thing I am most interested in is the Anti-Christ. I have heard from many people that they believe Obama is the Anti-Christ. Now, I know that almost every president has been said to be the Anti-Christ by some people. Other beliefs say he paves the way for the Anti-Christ. I'm curious to see what others believe.

The fact that people call Obama the Anti-Christ, proves that they hate him enough to ignore scripture, so they can attempt to scare those who don't know it well into believing them thereby pulling supporters from him. Thus showing another example of people who do not act like the Christians they claim to be. This is why a great deal of people look at Christians in such poor respect. In the book of James Chapter 1 verses 22-25 we are called to listen to the word and not forget it, but live it! If we claim to be Christians, but do not live like Christians, then our religion is worthless! God calls us to love each other as we love ourselves, and that includes presidents we don't like. Democrat, Repubilcan whatever! If the president fails, the country fails.

I think Obama is definately an agent of the DEVIL but it says in the Bible that the AntiChrist will bring peace to the middle East for awhile. Unless he can pull a rabbit out of the hat, THIS AIN'T HIM.

According to 1 John 2:18 there are many antichrists. According to 1 John 4:3 the anti-christ is already here.

According to 1 John 2:22 everyone who denies that Jesus is the "Christ" and denies that he is son of god is the antichrist.

I think it's important to know what the Christ means which is anointed one. Now how can someone already have the same power as God and become anointed at the same time? YOU CAN'T, time and time again you see Christ getting his power from God. Here is just one example, in hebrews 1:1-6 you can see God exalted Jesus to a higher position then the angels and verse 6 clearly says firstborn(first-begotten in KJ).  In the bible firstborn means eldest child in a family, so Jesus is the eldest son of God's family and obviously was created since you can't be the firstborn of something without being created. Any questions?

True. However, in the news there has been talk of establishing a treaty with Israel. When the war in Iraq is over, we will have a treaty with them. Peace in the middle east is not so far away.

I am baptist and I don't believe that the Anti-Christ is the actual Devil but the Devil's Servant. There will also be a False Prophet. There will also be many Anti-Christs, which is basically what Atheists are since they are against Jesus. The Anti-Christ that will rise to power will be loved and bring all kinds of Technology.
You also have to accept his number which is the mark of the beast in order to buy or sell which to me is like the Social Security Number. I have heard with technology that it could require us to get a chip or something inserted into our hand or wrist that has all our information so we wouldn't need cards or cash anymore.
Christians and people that believe in God will be murdered and hurt and persecuted for their beliefs. Right now, it is childish what atheists do to believers but it will only get worse.
In the end days people will love knowledge more than they love God and shun him! What I mean by that is they will remove God completely from society and there you go.
You ever heard the term laugh now cry later? Atheists will laugh at believers and call them idiots and ignorant and be so content with going to Hell until it happens.

It's interesting that you bring up the chip inserted into the hand. There is technology out there that is in use. They've developed microchips for humans, and have started testing these. Right now they're using it for families with kids so they can track them, but the idea is to move it to the workplace. They will install the chips into the back of the hand and forehead where there is the greatest heat fluctuation (I cannot recall why though).

So, the antichrist is a collection of many antichrists and not just one. Seriously did you guys read my post earlier?

1 John 2:22(NWT) reads 22  Who is the liar if it is not the one that denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one that denies the Father and the Son.

So the antichrist will be anyone who denies that Jesus is the christ and unique son of god and also whoever denies the father of christ.

If you want to know who is in charge of the antichrists I suggest you try to follow the bible prophecies about the beasts. Not easy though
