It depends on how I'm feeling. Sometimes I like a salty snack, and other times I like a sweet snack. Last night, I had a taste for some Reese's Pieces candy. It all depends on what I have a craving for at a particular time. It is good to mix the two together sometimes-sweet and salty. Sometimes I like to mix BBQ corn chips with cookies; I take a handfull of corn chips and take a few cookies and eat them together. It tastes good mixed together like that.

I perfer both sweet and salty...because they both are good, but I don't like things too salty where I am not able to eat it.

Sweet! Obviously balance is needed, but I seem to always have a sweet tooth.  I rarely crave salty foods, but i'm always craving something sweet.  YUM

Let me be your Salty Dog. Ha, Ha, Ha. I love salty, Buttt the salt at the grocery store will kill you It is pure posion. I use Himalyan pink salt. It ain't cheap, But my health is important and I am worth it.

Salt once was used as a medium of trade much like gold. Because it was so valuable. The kind of salt like God made it. The way it comes out of the salt mines or out of salt beds. It has many, many natural minerals and therfore keeps you body in balance and in good health.

What happened to SALT?? They take it and strip ALL the mineral out of it, Bleach it, just so it looks nice and sell you pure sodium. That is only ONE of the many minerals contained in REAL salt.

SALT is ESSENTIAL to LIFE. SUGAR IS NOT. But they are both preservatives.

I like both together (my own version of Chex Mix).  I also like chocolate covered pretzles.  Most of the time if I'm craving one I'm craving the other.
~It's just my opinion...don't be mad at me~

Salty because it goes better with beer, but sweet is good also but usually as a desert.
