Temporary denied Cashout

I faxed my University ID but then was asked to fax a copy of my credit card statement or utility bill (?).  Was this asked of all of you too?  If this is what is needed why aren't these items included as part of the instructions on FusionCash's website?  What's the story on this?

Can i send the id information to FC through email.........If it is possible i will need the email to send the information...because i have no access to fax machine

now, i have faxed the ID again, and this time got no error, lets see if you jerk offs come up with another excuse why you cant accept it so you dont have to pay me, cuz i have the paper that shows it went through
