i tried this site a few months ago and got some money built up. i hit cashout and it said i would get my money by december 20th. that date came and went, no money. january 20th....same thing....nothin. its almost february 20th and i havent gotten anything. when does my money get here?

Your check was mailed on/around Dec 15th to the address on your account. According to our records it has not been returned to us. Also according to our records it has not been cashed yet. If you want us to reissue it you need to open a support ticket.
