New Decade

So...is 2010 a new decade or no?? Everywhere I go, people tell me different things, so I'm curious to see what others think....

Well it starts with a 1, so it could be on that hand, so it is in the second set of tens, but then some may look at it, that it is in the first 10 years, hence one decade, second set of ten years, hence a second decade.

since #'s go 0-9 normally I would say yes this is a new decade..... So what year in school are you again???

ok angel let's say you are right 1-1= what???? where did you come up with that answer if it is not a number??? What is it a letter then?? Are we taking the sesiame street quiz now? if you don't know what that is go to you tube and look it up???

You can't count to zero. You can't add zero to anything. If you had zero apples you would not have any apples to count, right? Nothing is not a number.
