Whats your success story on getting referrals?
« on: January 29, 2010, 11:13:19 pm »
I am now working on a scenario for myself to start getting real good referrals.  I keep getting asked "is this real or a scam".  So i am working on a way to show them that this is the real deal.  Its working but, I wanted to get others success stories on getting referral?

You have the right idea, just tell your story. I have been doing the same thing for a couple of years and have over 500 referrals. Every time they cashout I get another $5 in the pot.

What got me hooked was watching someones YouTube video. In it they showed not only how referrals will get you money, but also how he was getting 15-cents a day doing the daily's. He said that with the daily's, you don't have to do anything difficult, pay for anything, you didn't even have to sign-up for anything. After seeing that I realized that referrals weren't the only way that you'd make money, just the way to make good money. Thus I felt better about joining and doing the daily's and eventually build up my referral base.

I actually just cashed out for the first time fairly recently, so I think I'll be able to use my payment proof as added inspiration for my own referrals!

Sounds like it could have been my video, glad I could help.

Keep in mind what you are doing is giving away free money, how hard is that? Set up a blog to tell your story as you go along and make videos to support it. Then visit social networks that address earning online and help everyone you can with good ideas, pretty soon they will start asking you how to make more.

I have been getting some referrals but the problem is some of them just sign up for the sites I give them and that's it.  Any ideas on how to make them participate?

You should never try to teach a pig to sing, it's a waste of time and it annoys the pig.

Sometimes the person just needs a little encouragement, or they may not have figured out how to make money without having to sign-up for a trial offer somewhere. But other times the person will try using the site for a few days and think the few cents a day isn't really worth their time and / or energy, and so will give up. What I've found to be helpful is when you get a referral, send a message to them reiterating how you had success with the site (perhaps refer them to your blog, etc.) and let them know of a way to reach you if they have any questions. This will give the former types of people the encouragement and help they might need without sounding too pushy for the latter people that couldn't be bothered sticking with the site. I think it also puts a little human touch to your network.

The real secret is to educate them BEFORE they sign up. Once they go ahead without your lead, they can be lost if they don't click the link to let you contact them. Encourage them to hit the ground running and get their profile completed right away. Then validate their phone and try an easy free offer to get the feel of it. From then on they should be hooked and you will see some nice bonuses for helping them. Then keep it up with those who opted-in by sharing good ideas and resources to find referrals, but NEVER advertise to them. This is a Goose that Lays Golden Eggs, so don't cook it for supper.

Yes I know what I'm talking about, most of those offers in my banner were done by referrals, not me. Today I threw the switch on another venture Fusioncash helped me build to turn on $100 every week in passive income that will keep on growing every day, even if I'm on vacation in the sunshine (leaving in the morning), so don't think the few cents you make today is not important, they add up exponentially. Once you start making money online, more gets attracted to you like iron filings to a magnet, just hang in there!

I'm just doing this so I can come back to this post.  I can use these suggestions as I do not want to spam anyone.  I have been doing PTCs and sites like Fusion Cash for over six months now and the cashout is consistent.  I want to be able to get referrals to might site w/o out going broke and w/o spamming.  I think it is time for me to go to the next level and this information helps!
