When is the best time to cashout?

I have cashed out once and was very confuse even though it seems really simple lol. But when is the best time to request cashout?

   At the end of the month!!! I wait until the very end, to make as money money as possible.

I agree w/ the end of the month......It doesn't really matter but at the end of the month, you have made as much as you can.

I am hoping to cash out in the next day or so.  I can't wait!  it will be my first time cashing out too!
