I recently found a way to earn 75 cents hidden in a daily offer under games.  Does anyone know of any other hidden offers that aren't simply on the offer page?

Visit the Paid to Click offer (under the "daily" category on the offers page).
Click "Flash Games" on the menubar on the left.
You will see some instructions on how to get your bonus - make sure to read the whole thing.  Then, find the game in the box below the instructions.  It will open in a new window. 
Play the game until you get a high-enough score, then submit it to the scoreboard using the special "name code" given on the PTC page.
Finally, return to the PTC page and click the link to redeem your bonus.
