Get Paid to Spam...er, I mean "Post"?

I run my own community forum and shuddered inwardly once I read about this promotion you folks are running. I knew exactly what I would discover once I began posting, so I'm not surprised that I'm not even 24 hours in and I've already placed two new members on "Ignore". What I'm wondering is if the administrators on this board actually check to see what "contributions" are made by members before awarding them their 3 bucks in fusion cash, or can I also just go across the joint posting nonsensical gibberish and get paid for it?

Yes, the administrator requires the members to submit three examples of posts in a form for review before you get paid. I don't know if he looks at the rest, but at least that means about 3/30 of all posts here are decent. (if everyone was just here to get their 30 posts in, which they're not)

So... so long as our first three posts a month are contributory, the rest can be junk? This hardly seems fair to the folks actually working to better the community. I'm aware that the administrators are supposed to check these first few posts, but I feel that puts major flaws in the system.

What they want to pay for is of course up to them, we have no idea if any of these junk posters get paid or not. I just take care of my own integrity by making EVERY post I submit contain some value, at least that's what I try for.

I have seen the Admin state several times that all Bonus requests are checked by an actual person who goes over all your posts for the requested month, and not just the three you submitted.  Therefore, I would believe that they in fact check over to make sure that 1) There are indeed 30 posts and 2) They all have substance.  Afterall, they ARE giving away $3.00.  I can't believe they would count posts which had responses like:

"I agree"

or

"No"

or

Someone who starts a thread asking in the title: "What's your favorite color?" and their first post is "Discuss".

If people were getting credits for non-contributory type posts, they'd probably start spreading the word, and I think things here would be a whole lot worse than they are now.

Every month a certain percentage of users are denied the forum bonus for having poor quality/low content posts.  Many of them get the message and make better posts the next month, and then get credited.  Some of them just quit the forum altogether.  If the posts are particularly terrible, we'll go in and delete them all.

But at the end of the day, the only person who loses is the one that made the contentless posts.  It takes a while to get 30 and then request the bonus - all that time is wasted

I just like to talk to people on this forum.  Most everyone has great ideas and the idea of a bonus to do it is just a great extra.   Sometimes some of the comments or threads are kind of silly, but I think everyone tries to keep the topics interesting.

Yeah, this forum is actually kind of unique -- most other forums on the internet are tied to a particular interest, hobby, geographic location, age or gender, etc.  But on FC you can find everyone from teenaged boys to grandmas - and from all 50 states.  It sure keeps things interesting

I don't get out very often, and it is a great help to me, to keep me up on what people think.I write over thirty posts a month, not for the money, [but it's nice], but just to be social. Their are some very interesting people on this site, and I enjoy reading what they say.

I always try to make contributory posts. I think the post quality here is pretty good, except for people putting their posts in the wrong category. You'll notice that a lot of the spam posters don't stay around too long anyway.

Fusion Cash has this promotion to increase activity. I'm sure they have administrators monitoring the forum. Nothing can be completely bullet proof and they cant spend their whole day checking all of a users posts to make sure they deserve 3 bucks. On the one hand we do... this community is largely self-policing.

But on the other hand... we don't allow private messages because of the literal avalanche of spam that results
