I don't think it's possible to get paid earlier.  In order to have your money for this week you would have had to cash out by 10/31.  The next cashout is 11/30, but you wont receive the money until on or around 12/20.

Yeah the terms of service state when you get paid every month.  It's always a mystery how people come in here, upset because they cashed out 2 or 3 days ago and they haven't seen their money and now they think it's a scam, or they're worried.  I don't get why more people don't read the Terms of Service for something they're joining.

But anyway, Fresh, that's not to say that you guys didn't read the terms of service.  I was just making a general observation. :-)

It is always best to cashout the last day of the month. Your cashout will be in a pending state until approved. Lets just say anywhere from the 15th - the 20th of the following month with payments being sent out on the 20th. Like for Nov., we actually got ours on the 13th. So FC at times will pay early, it just depends. But no later than the 20th.

Below is right from FC TOS Section.

IV. PAYMENTS ("Cashing out")

Disbursement. All payment of rewards is carried out by FusionCash and advertisers should not be contacted regarding this matter. FusionCash disburses payment for the previous month on or around the 20th of each month. If the user chooses to receive a check, he/she agrees to allow up to 10 additional business days for checks to be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Electronic payments are generally fulfilled by the 20th but may be delayed due to circumstances outside FusionCash's control.

Fees. Certain fees apply for different cashout methods. Please refer to the account information page for specifics. The user is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with cashout receipt and use.

Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 90 days. After 90 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

Substitution. No substitution, assignment or transfer of cashouts is permitted, except by FusionCash. FusionCash will make reasonable efforts to alert the user when a substitution occurs.

Restricted Use. Users may not request payment to PayPal or bank accounts that they do not personally own. Users are also forbidden from "signing over" checks to other people.

Information Request. Occasionally, a cashout may be delayed due to the necessity of processing an IRS Form W-9 or an identity verification. In these cases, users can typically expect payment to be submitted within 10 business days of our receipt of the items.

Telephone Verification. Before a user may cashout, he/she must provide and verify a telephone number using our automated system. The system requires a unique telephone number with tone dialing, and is compatible with dial-up internet access.

Hope this helped with any questions you may have regarding FC's cashout & payment requirements.
