Free Groceries Offer

Hello everyone, I am curious on the Free Groceries offer.  Has anyone received credit for this one?  I have just completed doing the offer and have been awaiying for the credit.  Any success stories?  Please post - Thank you : )

I tried this offer today after several attempts within the same day. After completing the brief survey, it brought me to a blank page with a message or banner that said, "Save now while we process your sweepstakes entry!"  Then nada.  :dontknow: Is that what you encountered?  Anyone else???

That is exactly what happened to me. I got to a blank page that said Please wait while we process your entry and then nothing. I haven't received credit for this offer.
