Is sex addiction really a proplem? or was it made up for to make money treating?

I believe that's for people that feel they have an issue with it, like people that get their kicks by having sex with random people that they never get a name from, or someone that has sex with a different person every week and is uncapable of forming a lasting relationship.

And no, you don't sound like a "sex addict," you sound like a normal human.

True addictions are not made up.  Please see your doctor for advice.  Nobody really can answer if you are an addict or not, based in the info given.  Off hand I would say that you do not seem like an addict.  Sex is healthy in the right circumstances.  Good Luck!

i wasnt implying im a sex addict  just seems if someone like lets say a pro golfer gets in a little trouble  ehhhhhhhh get some treatment and ill be forgiven. or is it that its a legitimate proplem.  money, fame, and power  sometimes leads to infidelity ask a former govenor or even a former president or two  Horney is just Horney

Nowadays there are people addicted to anything. It may not be the "sex" that they're addicted to and might actually be something deeper like they have sex for a certain connection/feeling, etc. It's definitely not always black and white esp when it comes to addiction.

its a real thing -- although i'm sure its much more serious
and deeper than just very active libido/sexual drive.

i mean, i can only assume that it has a lot to do with
psychological and control issues. i think the line has definitely
been blurred between addiction and impulse.

at any rate, it wasn't "made up" but i don't doubt for a
second that it hasn't made money.

I really think that Tiger Woods is addicted to his money, and it completely overshadowed his homelife and his career.  Because he had so much money, he just figured he could get away with what he was doing, but in the real world, you cant throw money at everything....
