I think they are great...i love the sweet and sour ones...they are great to put on cupcakes at halloween!!..too many is too much lol i agree...about 5 is my limit!

Gummy worms are good if they're sour. I like sour and spicy foods. But, you're right. Eating too many gummy worms can make you sick, just like eating too many chips... but, of course, my body never listens to me.
