What Offers are the most reliable

I hope many people will reply to this post i would like to know which  no cc free offers are most reliable and worked for you in the quickest time thank you for posting into this topic if you come across it

This should be in the Offers forum, but I'll answer anyways.

The most reliable is definitely the Paid to Click daily.  The other dailies credit reliably, but sometimes you can get a major runaround before you actually qualify for a survey.  As for all the other offers, I don't trust them enough to do anything that requires a credit card.  I don't trust them to credit, and I don't trust anything that forces to to pay for a subscription if I don't cancel in 7 days or whatever.  I've heard of people trying to cancel, but they still get charged.
