name-band or store-band food and drinks?

If I have coupons and the item is already on sale I will buy name brand. The few exceptions are cheese and ice cream- Must be BREYERS! Toilet paper and cleaning and laundry stuff I buy the absolute cheapest. I also buy a lot of that stuff at the Dollar store and reserve the grocery store for well- groceries!

Depends on the item ...  Most foods by the Name-Brand, example - Stouffer's is better tasting than Private Selection... Facial Tissue by Kleenex because the store brand is so rough and thin ...  BUT Store brand pasta is the same as American Beauty Pasta ...
