For all you people who have requested payments...Do you suggest to build up the money past $25 or do you cash out right when you get the required amount?

I recommend doing it immediately so that your current offers count towards your next payout. Otherwise, you could prevent yourself from cashing out next month. This is especially important if you have referrals.
