Bacon, Mayo, and Cheese Eggs

INGREDIENTS

6 hard boiled eggs, peeled

3 Tablespoons mayo

2 Slices crisped bacon

2 Teaspoons vinegar

1/4 Cup grated cheddar

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks. Mash yolks and stir with mayonnaise, bacon, vinegar, and cheese. Fill egg white halves. Tiop with crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.

At first I was like wtf? Bacon, Mayo and Cheese eggs?  But thats just a deviled egg recipe that sounds rather tasty.  Thanks!

This does sound like a good twist on traditional deviled egss. I'll have to try it later.

Sounds delicious!!  Try adding a spoon full of sour cream to your eggs!!  Yummy!!
