I was so happy that this thread was a discussion of recipes, otherwise it would have been pretty creepy ^^. I just ball up beef and roll them in breadcrumbs, then fry em. Mmmmmmmmm.

Your Grandmother's receipe sounds wonderful - thanks for sharing it.  I make mine with egg, grated parmesan, milk, torn bread or oatmeal, worchestire, parsley, and onion.  These are amazing meatballs.  I put them in my spaghetti sauce, but they are great by themselves.

One of my friends at work makes meatballs similar to that. She uses cranberry sauce and frozen meatballs with hers. They're pretty good.

This recipe sounds like sweet "n' sour meatballs I made a while back for one of my parties. I forgot about putting grape jelly and chilli sauce in. Thanks for reminding how I made them, I totally lost the recipe.

If you add a little milk and some nutmeg, make them small and add to a white sauce or mushroom based sauce you can make Swedish meatballs for appetizers or over noodles. I grew up on traditional Italian meatballs but look for different ideas.
