Payment requested in December if approved will be ready by January 20th or sometimes sooner. This month it approved on the 15th  :thumbsup:

so if i didnt request  on the 15th, then i have to wait another month?

In order to get money in December you needed to cashout in November. Any cashouts in December will be approved in January.

Usually we wait till the end of the month to make a cashout request to get the most. So in your case it does look like it will take about a month to get your money since your request was made on the 15th of December i assume.
