There are 3 daily offers. So it doesn't take long to get to 100 +

You just have to be active and do daily offers

Most rely on referrals. I only have one referral and do all of the free offers.
Usually there will be a handful of new free offers that will credit, then sometimes it will take a while for any.

Anybody with $900 is a mass referrer.
Do the dailies here, and if you need more offers, your only real option is to go to another GPT site. We just don't get a lot of new offers.
Be warned though, our offers credit unusually well(probably one of the reasons we have so few). Don't expect to get the same amount of money per offer, or have them credit nearly so well at any other site.

If you have a lot of free time on your hands, the best thing you can do is build a referral network to FC. But unless you really make a serious effort, you shouldn't be pursuing people you don't know. Friends are still worth trying.

 I've been doing this site for about 3 years now, doing only the free ones, or I get something i want to buy anyway.. It takes longer, but it works for me.

:-).  Good question.  I thought so too because I only get like 15 offers per page and sometimes my page isn't even full.

periodically there will be new offers -- so keep watching for new things to show up.

I guess I didn't know there were daily offers. It's usually pretty easy to do the free offers, but I don't really have a referral. You get bonuses for offers your referral completes? I thought it was only when they cashed out?

I think you can't get the referal bonus until they cashed out

I think you can't get the referal bonus until they cashed out

you get $1 when they sign up and confirm their e-mail/phone, you get $2 when they complete their first offer and you get $5 when they "cash out"
