Ebay Starter Kit

I received credit for completing Ebay Starter Kit but the phone number on the site was not valid when I went to cancel my 3 day trial.  It was some recording for refinancing, nothing to do with what I ordered.  Now I can not find the offer.  Can someone please give me the number or make the offer visible to me again?  They charged me $59.95 on my credit card because I didn't cancel in time.  I called the number on my credit card statement but they cannot reverse the charge since I didn't cancel in time.  Can you please give me the phone number to them or a valid link to the company's web site.  I am beginning to think this 'company' is a scam.

sometimes it does take you to a recording like that just hang up and redial the number and it should work

I did what kzilliner did.  Got a recording, so I hung up and called back.  Still got the recording, so I just stayed on the line and soon someone answered.
