Yep i graduated on time , but now i wish we all as students at that time got more a lil bit more of real life advice from our teachers ....oh well i guess thats how life goes

I dropped out at 15 years old, had my first baby at 16.  When I was 17 and 8 months pregnant with my 2nd child I went back
and received my GED.  I knew if I didn't do it then, I might not ever go back.  I am glad I did - but sorry that I didn't graduate
with my friends and my class....

I was your typical drop out. I really did not like the whole highschool enviroment. It was too much drama and being held back in the 7th (for not attending) made it that much more harder because everyone was younger than me, it was just silly. When I was 16 I got my GED and went to college and graduated last year. I'm a licensed cosmetologist in washington and working towards my oregon one too. I work at a great clips in oregon. oh yeah and add that I'm only 18 and have a 9 month old to take care of

Um, that was really uncalled for. I don't know very many teen moms with atleast highschool education, atleast she's got that!

Seriously?  That is so completely wrong it isn't even funny. 
lightningclix...I was a teen mom at 16, too.  At least we went back to get our GED's..not many people with or without babies can say that.

I actually quit and went and got a Ged, all because I didn't want to play a part in a silly play, they said I would have to go during the summer, there was no other way to make that credit up because it was too late into the year. So I got my Ged, it was faster, and I knew all the material, having gone till my senior year, then I was elegible to go to college.
