Well not really because we are in the entertainment century so I'd say everyone should be filled in.

I think that what he did was wrong but he's moving in the right direction...I also think that way too much attention is put
on the issue, but at the same time, that's the price you pay for being a celebrity, and while I think some information should be private, that's what happens to someone of his status....I do think his family should be left alone and I do think that's its good he's in rehab and he will return to golf!

Tiger's family should be the only ones receiving an apology from him. The public should not have access to his private life and his sponsors need him more than he needs them.

I believe his first words were "as part of my therapy" so evidently this was a requirement in his rehab that he publicly apologize and I think he did owe an apology to us because he is such a public figure and a role model for so many young people.

I agree that he is a role model but we've seen this over and over where an athlete does something wrong and falls from grace. Shouldn't it be the responsibility of the parents to explain to their kids the difference between the qualities they should admire about an athlete(their athletic ability)and the fact that they are human and are prone to mistakes. Tiger directly betrayed his wife and children but nobody else.

He doesn't owe me an apology.  I could care less.   So what he's a public figure?  He swings a golf club, that's it.  He doesn't run the country.  I still think his wife should divorce his sorry a$$ no way in heck would I want to be married to someone that slept with so many people.  How could she ever even want to be in the same bed with him?  I know I wouldn't ever want him to touch me again.  He basically showed her he had no respect for her that she means nothing to him that he didn't care about her or their marriage.

It's all about selling stories, and Tiger sells. But his private should be private!! But he did crash on somebodies property,if none of that happened this never would have been brought out.

I don't know why everyone was so shocked to learn that a professional athlete has been unfaithful. This happens all the time, except this time Tiger was caught. We have to stop assuming that the better the athlete, the more morality he should have. In fact, the better the athlete, the more temptation he will face due to his success. If you weren't surprised that Tiger would succumb to the temptations that he has faced all these years, do you really deserve an apology from him? The only information needed from his speech was an apology to his family for what they have gone through and a "mind your own business" to everyone else. We should have never known about any of this but for some reason everyone feels entitled to know everything concerning his private life.

Did anybody see his interview with the Golf Channel. Did he answer any tough questions?
Does he still have what it takes, to get the job done on the course?

Personally, I just want him to come back and play.  He's the only reason I watch golf.  When he's on his game, he brings excitement to the course.  Unlike anyone I've ever seen.  I really don't care about his personal life anymore than I care about an actor's personal life in a movie I'm watching.

I want to see Tiger go out and win right off the bat at the Masters and tell the media off.  His personal life is his and what him and his wife do from here on out who cares. Do wanna know what happened that night though
