confirming email

A refferal of mine is having a hard time confirming her email account. it keeps telling her there is an error and they can not confirm the account.

what advice can i give her to slove this problem?

There is a chance that she signed up before and forgot, perhaps put a ticket up and inquire about her email and details in the support section?
