What do you get someone that you feel has everything?

I crochet also. I made my best friend a beautiful afghan with her favorite colors. She honestly thought more of that gift than anything I had ever bought for her, and she thinks of our friendship every time she uses it! I love home made gifts that someone has taken the time to add personal touches to.

You either give that person nothing or something they couldnt aquire themselves or you could just ask.

  I am in the same boat with my sister, she has everything too. Sometimes I feel like just getting her something that is not expensive but means something to her, then I think NO she will think I am cheap, then I want to get her something expensive, then I think NO she will think I am showing off.....grrrrrrrr! LOL

How about an afghan that you have crocheted.  I have made many, many of them and given them away.

How about a babysitting credit card so she can get out of the house a little more often. 

Can you cook - she might like some homemade Christmas cookies.
