I like the cold weather.  I like the decorations people put up, all the lights on people's houses.  Even though I don't believe in Christmas as what it pertains to religiously and I celebrate Yule, I still do Christmas for my family, and all the decorations are beautiful, you can't beat beauty!  When I was little we would get in the car one night and drive through many of the neighborhoods and see all the lights and go downtown to see the lights they put, it was so much fun and some neighborhoods had like everyone on the whole block did their whole yard and house up.

It is a legitimate reason to redecorate the house.  What else is there.  Then when it is all over another excuse to redecorate again

The Christmas spirit.

I like the  spirit of Christmas in all it is suppose to mean.

i love the feeling of togetherness at this time of year. i love the family gatherings, reuniting with old friends, enjoying good food, and giving gifts to all my loved ones. i love the look on my son's eyes when he sees the gifts under the tree, and the squeals of joy from my daughter when shes playing with wrapping paper (she's 1.) i love cooking and baking, decorating the tree, hanging christmas lights, and wrapping gifts for my family, i love the cold weather and cuddling on the couch with my husband, and i love that when its over it'll happen all over again next year. happy holidays to all!!!

I love the cold kisses after playing in the yard, warm cocoa with millions of miniature marshmallows overflowing on top. The snow days that come so the kids and I can spend the day watching good family movies, watching all the Christmas movies on t.v., snuggling up to my husband after he has been out cutting down wood all day, the kind gestures people make during this time as the holidays nearer, the men who dress up as Santa to make the children so happy, the fresh first fall of snow. The decorations my children bring home from church and school to hang around the house. The smell of fresh baked cookies on cold nights. And above all the looks on my children's faces when they open their presents on Christmas morning.

I love hockey.

I don't get into the whole Christmas spirit of anything but I love putting lights up because they look cool. This year I tried some new ideas and it turned out pretty good.
