I checked out your account to see what the problem was: you need to have at least $15 from offer completions in order to be able to cash out. Only $12 of your cashout amount is from your own offer completions (the rest is from referral bonuses). Once you do have $15 in your account earned from offer completions, then you will be able to cash out! :)
