Clicking on requirements, but it just takes me to the website.now what?

I dont see where it says anything about a survey after it takes me to these websites.

Blockbuster is not a survey, it is to join the service and then you are rewarded at FC.  The walmart offer is really not a "survey" either.  You sign up and have to view and click through pages of ads to be rewarded.
