Well, I tried management coaching by chance, a lecturer came to our workplace and gave us a small seminar. My colleague was interested in this direction because she had a little problem with speech production. She contacted Darren Chastney, who does management coaching, editing and translation. As a result, after 8 sessions, she improved her speaking and presentation level, her responses to management became more confident, which was noticeable to everyone, and she eventually received a well-deserved promotion.
