Fortunately, I don't need to rent housing, I have my own apartment. But at the same time, I'm in the process of renting out another flat, and in order to increase the rent, I decided to renovate the kitchen. I thought about this after reading article https://fromhungertohope.com/how-to-renovate-the-rented-kitchen/. It seems to me that even cosmetic renovations will help attract more tenants, and the price of the apartment can be raised a little.

Oh, it's so true that the salary doesn't keep up with the huge increase in prices, and all you can do is find a second job to survive. You know what? I even think about getting into trading because it seems like a good source of income, and I have no idea how to make money without spending too much time and effort. I discovered Bitcoin Motion that's a good tool for beginners, and hopefully, I won't regret it later.
Bitcoin Motion looks like any other Investment Advisor looking to suck off their profit from those desperate enough to throw money at a problem with no idea what they are doing. I have made a few Million Satoshi (Bitcoin equivilent to pennies) over the last few years, but I did not ask for advice and I did not buy any of it, so it was always impossible for me to lose any since I got it all for free. Opportunities are all around us to collect free Crypto and grow it free, so why throw your hard earned cash down the sewer drain so some broker can gamble with your money? If he was as smart as most of them claim to be, he would not need you. I am not rich yet, but my Crypto is nice padding for my Social Security income.

I have lived in my apartment for three years and in those three years, the first year it went up $25.  The next year it went up $50 and this last year it went up $75.

It is all a "real estate scam". I am thinking of buying a motor home. Live and park "free" where you want and it is legal. No more slumlords asking you for more money and they do not even maintain and repair the properties.
