I would try to get disability if you can't work.  Your doctor should be able to help you get it by submitting a letter with the findings of your tests.

Depression is actually one of the worst disorders, and sometimes, I feel like I'm pretty close to that myself. I'm thinking about going to therapy, and I even tried taking cbd in order to improve my mental health, but the effects cbd last not that long, and taking it 24/7 isn't the best idea. Hopefully, you'll manage o get out of that condition, I know how hard it is.

I know that music helps with depression. Even if it sounds funny, but it is. I highly recommend you to look at the Mp3Juice website where you can download music for free and quickly. The MP3 Juice app comes with a browser extension, so you can search for music on any website. The extension also offers a way to download songs from multiple online video streaming websites.

This is a terrible feeling, I wish no one ever felt it.

Feelings of hopelessness should not lead to alcoholism. I know what I'm talking about. I had problems with alcoholism because of the loss of my job. It's good that my wife found a good clinic where they could put my name in order. Learn more at Abbeycare's Old Balornock guide here, I think it will be useful for you to learn about this clinic if you or your loved ones have problems with alcohol.

Hi there. The feeling of hopelessness is always scary. A person feels like a nobody and does not know how to fight it. A person loses faith and does not know how to live on. Therefore, you have to fight with this feeling. I once had an identical situation, but I live in a village and did not know can i talk to a therapist online  After the conversation, it became easier for me because we found my problem and the therapist gave me several options on how to overcome this condition.

It's hard to deal with depression for sure. Losing my son and then my dad made it hard to be upbeat especially for Christmas.

Oh, I totally understand. My sister used to struggle with constant fatigue and bad mood, and it seemed that nothing could help her. But the solution was pretty simple - it turned out that she had problems with hormones, and now she's getting way better. I'm glad that she decided to do an at-home health test by the link, and it didn't take long to get a response from a doctor.

So, by now, I hope you are feeling much better.  I've dealt with depression most of my life.  I try to do things to keep my mind off it when it hits me.  It comes and goes.  I'll either draw (I do portraits), dance, work out, or get online, anywhere online and type in "depression" and I get a lot of answers I read till I get out of it.  Hang in there.

Aside from a few different power outages of several hours long in the days just before Christmas with no heat, it was very good! No places we needed to go, so no need to get out into the sub-zero wind chill cold. A week later it is in the mid-50's!

I feel for everyone that is going through this super cold freezing weather.  I live in Florida.  So, the cold is a welcome break from intense heat and horrid hurricanes.   I had a nice Christmas with my older daughter and her five children.  Looking forward to the New Year and am hopeful that everything gets better.  Too many bad things happened this year.  I'm optimistic for the New Year.
