I was confused too. Matter of fact someone just helped me figure it out yesterday lol.. So basically you have to show fusioncash just three examples of your 30 posts. This is the form you fill out.   http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php        

FC keeps track of the rest of your posts.  

So just make sure you have 30 in order to get credited for the month. From what I've heard most people recieve the $3.00 in their account in about two weeks.

post 30 posts of any kind in the forums during a given month.  Submit a form (I think someone else gave the link) with 3 post examples, and you should receive 3 bucks in about a month once FC confirms and reviews your application.  Don't get anxious or impatient about your 3 dollars. It can take a long time to confirm.  Hope that helps. For example, this is my 29th post for November. I missed October's chance for the bonus by 2 posts!
