Evil individual at Halloween

How is it that there are still people in this world who wants to hurt a child.  In Ohio on halloween, some sick person put needles in the candy they were handing out.  I was so happy when the little girl who received the candy with a needle was just sorting thru her candy and found it.

I can't believe there are people who will do that. That surprises me.

I can't believe people can be so mean that they would hurt a child.  I was prepared to have trick or treaters because I live in an apartment complex, but no one came.

We did not have any again this year.  We loved to see all the outfits they came up with.
