Food for thought
« on: October 12, 2021, 03:43:36 pm »
If you could choose one food to be calorie free for life what would it be? For me I would have to say ice cream because I love eating it but I have cut down on all of the desert and snacks I use to eat. Ice cream hands down is my favorite desert.

Probably potatoes.  I love chips and hate how bad they are for me.

I don't know how much calories are in it but Haitian patties or pate.

For me it would be any kind of dessert.  I love sweets.  I can live without bread and potatoes, but I have to have my sweets.

It's amazing that most of the foods you eat, is not good for you.
