Get ready, set your clocks, go to Daylight Savings Time!!!  LOL

begins Sunday, March 14
(in 11 days)
ends Sunday, November 7

https://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/usa

DST in the United States begins each year on the second Sunday in March when clocks are set forward by 1 hour. They are turned back again to standard time on the first Sunday in November as DST ends.

What states follow daylight saving time?

Daylight saving time in the United States. Most areas of the United States observe daylight saving time (DST), the exceptions being Arizona (except for the Navajo, who do observe daylight saving time on tribal lands), Hawaii, and the overseas territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico,.

“Spring forward, fall back” is one of the little sayings used to remember which way to set your watch. You set your clock forward one hour in the spring when DST starts (= lose 1 hour), and back one hour when DST ends in the fall (= regain 1 hour).

Thank you so much for reminder.

I wish that they would just leave time alone. Keep it at standard time like God made it.

Boy, this time the time change has really dragged me down.  I am just now feeling energetic again.  It is usually only for a day or two but was a week and a half this time.

I also believe that they need to leave the time alone, what do we save anyway?
