Groundhog Day

I'm not really sure I understand this tradition, but nonetheless, it still goes on....and Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter!

I forgot about today is Groundhog Day, have not heard what General Lee have done

He saw his shadow, 6 more weeks of winter!  This is after digging out over 20 inches and it’s still snowing!

Oh gosh.. I saw where he seen his shadow and we will have six weeks more wintry weather..i hope not..so ready for some warm weather..

I didn't realize it.  I never understood the reasoning.  You would think if he saw his shadow it would mean it's sunny outside which I would think would be more of a sign of good weather but it seems it's the opposite.  Today is also my uncle's birthday.  RIP uncle.
