Congratulation to you!!
My bf too quit smoking in April after 20+ years of smoking. He said he feels better everyday and more energy but he has been eating a lot and gain a lot of weight. Overall, I am happy with he becomes more healthier each day!!

Good Job to all those that quit smoking. It is a hard habit to quit. I only quit because I was pregnant and it made me sick. So I guess that was what made me lucky.

I quit smoking on april 4, 2009 its been almost nine weeks used the nicoderm cq patches would not have made it without them never thought I could stop after forty years of smoking has anyone else outthere going through the same thing

my boyfriend quit smoking...he used gum. Hes been smoking for 20 years now...he has not been smoking for 8 months!! Congrats!!
