In July, I didn't get a bill for Comcast (bills come around the 24th every month), so I was late paying because that month I decided to pay my bills early and thought I did pay it until I got the overdue notice. I was charged a late fee which I'm fighting to not pay since it wasn't my problem their bill was never received.
Last month, the bill came on time....but this month I didn't get it until today. 10/2. This is not the post office's fault because I've been receiving my other bills on time, so it's Comcast. They just don't want me to give them a good rating I guess. I've been having trouble with them for almost 6 years. they're the only company that provides services here so my alternative is cutting the cord which I want to do but don't know if hubby will figure out how to use the service because he is just starting to learn how to use the Comcast remote!
lol It IS your problem. It is YOUR responsibility to pay your bills on time and to make sure they are paid. It is not Comcast fault YOU did not take the time to make sure it was paid.
I don't get any bills in the mail. If I do I also get them online. I keep up with what I need to pay every month and log in and pay it. I don't wait for them to "mail" me a statement and then "mail" it back to them. Obviously you have internet access. So just log in every month at the same time and PAY YOUR BILL!
I won't put my bank info online, especially to Comcast or any other bill I pay. I want a hard copy of the bill because I want to see what I'm paying for....I don't trust Comcast at all. Like I said, I've had a problem with them for 6 years, but at least I've always gotten my bills from them. They, like my other bills, always come at the same time every month but in July, I decided to pay my bills EARLY (two weeks early). I did NOT realize Comcast wasn't among them until I got the late notice. Once I pay the bills, it's "out of sight, out of mind" until the next month.
