tap research not crediting again

i took 6-7 tap research surveys today. I was disqualified for all of them and redeemed 1 or 2 cents for all of them.When i was done and checked my account none of them credited. Anyone else having this problem?

I just took my first TAP survey today and I was credited 9 cents. So far it seems to be working for me.

I have not had that problem yet and hope I don't.  I have been credited for the surveys and DQ.

Tap credited for me today but I've had that same problem in the past.   Putting in a support ticket on Tap has usually paid off for me.

I have fortunately not had any crediting issues with Tap Research lately. I just tried a couple of Tap surveys now and was credited correctly. I do know that there is sometimes a delay, so hopefully the credit posts.

I did not have any problems yesterday. I have not tried it yet today.  I do not do 6-7 surveys before I check to see if it credits.  I check after the first one and maybe will do one more and if they are not giving credit I stop.  And even if it appears to credit I still check after every 1-2 to make sure because there have been too many issues where you don't get credit.

same here..no troubles at all..I hit the wall one time and it did that til I qualified for a survey, which didn't take long to do...good luck..if it does continue I'd send in a ticket to them

Oh, no! That's frustrating.  I haven't had a problem recently.  I've gotten DQ's from Tap today, enough to make my $.05.

For the last couple of days I have had a problem with the surveys not loading.  When I click on the survey and you get the page that says how long the survey lasts and then you hit the red button to start survey nothing happens.

No I haven't had this issue.  I have been receiving my credits from TapResearch.   I see you posted your issue 9/22/20.  I hope the issue is resolved and you are receiving your credits now.

Mine is working fine now, but back in April, Tap showed me getting credited, but FC was not. In this case, it's on FC's end. I sent a ticket and it's still open, and I also took a screenshot of the credits I never got. Maybe clear out your temp files, etc., do a  little clean up, and if it still doesn't work right, check the Tap Surveys site to see if they show you being credited. If they do, send a help ticket to FC and keep your fingers crossed!! Good luck!!
