Some paid emails ask for verification, some don't. At this moment, I don't have a cell phone and I tried using my landline, but it wouldn't accept it.

You can't get a text on your landline. You have to be able to get a text. But it does not have to be a cell phone. There are online numbers you can use to get a text.  I will see if I can message the guy that told me about the one I had before and if it is still available I will post the link.  You did not have to connect to your own phone number.  You sign up and then it emails you text or voice messages.  I called it and left myself a message and it did work. 

There are also numbers you can use to get a one time verification text.  Just google it.  There are tons of them.

I don't know about offers requiring verification. But I finally done where it kept saying I need to verify my account.
