My mom used to just fry it and served it with potatoes.  I heard it’s the favorite food in Hawaii.

Unbelievable all the ways the serve it in Hawaii.  My cousin lives there and jokingly says it is the state meat of Hawaii.  I live it fried and as a side with eggs and hash browns.

Spam for dinner never thought of that always have for breakfast. I would only fry it . Husband likes it more then I do.dont know if they'll be a spam shortage. Think meat will be  going up in price.
