I have heard about things like that at Walmart that is why I do not get my prescriptions there. I have always thought Walmart was a shady opperation.

It is not a shady operation. Some things you have to ask for the discount to get it. Kind of like a senior discount or places that give law enforcement a discount but you have to ask. WHY? Because we have too many pansy snowflakes that get offended if you just give it to them.

There is also another pharmacy savings card called "Singlecare."  People can look into it and compare.

At one time I had a prescription for a specialty cream from a dermatologist that Rite Aid was going to charge around $185 for.  I checked various pharmacies in the area and no one was much under that price.  I finally went online checking prices from Canadian pharmacies and found one almost half price.  I needed my prescription sent from my doctor.  When I checked with the doctor's office, they suddenly came up with a pharmacy in my state that would fill and deliver it to my door for practically the same price as the Canadian pharmacy.  Interesting, huh?

It was sent to the pharmacy I normally used.  I checked on other pharmacies in my area independently and none came up with a much lower cost.  I explained what was happening with the Canadian pharmacy which can be used as long as they have a prescription from a verified doctor. The pharmacy that the doctor "suddenly" came up with is a little independent pharmacy about 100 miles from my home.  Did you even read my post carefully?

Suddenly came up with?  Did you ask them to start with to tell you a pharmacy to use? I don't know how getting sccripts from Canada would even work. Do they not require a prescription from a doctor? Walmart is usually the cheapest in my area. But even their stuff is higher if you do not ask for their discounted price.

lol DO you even know how to not put your response in the middle of somebody else's post? Yes I read your comment. Did I study it and try to figure out what you were talking about - no. I don't care that much.
