I never really got into the show before, but the have a 24 hr Dr Who channel on Pluto TV and I've been watching some of the episodes from the highly regarded Tom Baker era.

I've only watched a few episodes of Doctor Who. I did, however, watch the spinoff called Torchwood which I enjoyed.

I have Pluto TV, too, so I might try watching it again.

I have heard of Dr Who, but again do not have any regular TV service. I probably would not waste my time on watching it though. So many better things in life to do and learn. KEY - Keep Educating Yourself. To be the best person you can be.
