LUCID? On FC Surveys

This is what I get on FC surveys tonight, (it's about 11:30 pm Central time), "LUCID,the system is currently experiencing issues, scheduled maintenance".                                                              Surveys on FC were working fine earlier, I even got credited for 2 surveys, one 20 cents and one 70 cents.     Am I the only one getting this message on FC surveys?   I've never seen this before.

Well, I guess I'm the only one getting this?  I got the same error later on Tap, but just on 1 survey, then it cleared up.

No, actually you are not the only one getting this message.  It is 11:45 EST where I live and it has been doing it for the last two hours. This site seems to be having more and more technical problems and it is becoming frustrating.  I am starting to wonder who supports and manages the site and how often they pay attention.

Well, it's working right now and did last night also.

Yes, I got the same message a couple nights ago when I opened an FC survey in my email. And unfortunately, you can only open it once. I never got a penny for it either.
