Tech Problems With TAP

I am having problems with most, not all, TAP surveys.

When I click on, I get a message like this:

Sorry, something went wrong on our end. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.(001-005.b)

After Comments, there is a box for me to comment and submit.

Is anyone else having a problem like this?

Yes, but this is a samplicio.us problem. It happens to me on all samplicio.us surveys, whether it's through Tap or the FC Surveys page. I get this error often, unfortunately.

I haven't gotten that error in a long time. also i did not have a problem with tap today either.
did post it on the support thread or submit a support ticket?

I think that it must have been a glitch on TAP because it is working ok now.

I think I have seen that message before, but I believe it was on a different website, but I'm not sure. Yes, I just worked on Tap and did  quite well today! Hooray for Tap!

I've seen this message, but not recently on FC. I always thought it was a problem with the survey itself, not Tap Research. Anyway, the problem shouldn't last. Maybe try again in a few hours and it'll work.

I have seen messages like that as well but luckily they are few and far between

I hate when that happens.  I am a fan of them most the time though.

Yeah, that happened to me for a while quite often. Had not seen it for quite some time. I reported it every time telling them what message I was receiving.
