Red, Yellow and Green

Sounds like a traffic light   but it's the colors of COVID shutdown. What I want to know...our county just went green today. Yet a county that has most of the cases and deaths was red last week and green today? How come? I understood it to be in order. Last week, that county wasn't evey yellow, so how did they become green?  that's our governor for ya. Very hypocritical. Biden had something going on in the red city so guess that's why it turned yellow the day before he came.

I do not understand anything about the Covid-19 nomenclature.  There are also phases 1, 2 and 3 and I still can't figure out how they come up with the different phases or which phase we are in right now.

I see changes in the businesses around here but it doesn't seem very consistent to me.

We don't have colors or stages. We have phases, currently in phase 3, I think. I don't even know how many phases there are supposed to be in total. Four, maybe?

What is the color for all the stages. Usually the colors refer to state of terorism...

Calif is not at a good color. Were all required to wear masks ok by me.  Cases keep going up but some outfits have opened up lik3 haircutting places and bars. You can cut your own hair and buy liquor  at a store. Get drunk and then really cut your hair.
