I went on a school trip and with the boy scouts when I was younger. I will be going for the first time in years this month. I'm pumped!

I haven't gone in the past couple of years. Prior to that we went every year for 5 years. It's a lot of fun.

My husband and I love the Ren Faire. We almost always dress up in costume, including our dogs. We haven't gone for a couple years now, and I'm kind of bummed that we missed it again this year. But man, it has been getting really expensive to go lately.

This seems late in the season for the Renaissance Faire? The Faire comes to Colorado during the last part of July and first part of August. Probably the best place to be in the summer because our summers are generally pretty mild (no humidity). I have been to the Renaissance Faire (I always have to spell check those words-LOL) twice and thoroughly enjoyed them, with my family, both times. There are so many things to see and they do an exceptional job of recreating what I would imagine that time period looked like. I love the guy who throws out insults as people throw tomatoes at him. I have heard a few insults thrown that have me thinking that he has to be accompanied by body guards when leaving the premises. The music is good and both times were highly entertaining!

In PA it is more of a late summer into fall activity. The Colorado one sounds great!

Haven't been to one in years but really enjoyed it. There is one north of us but it is about a 3 hour ride and others in the family did not want to make the trip.

No, although we have many festivals around my area, I have never been to a Renaissance Faire.

I haven't been in a few years, but when we went we really had a good time. We have the costumes and we dressed up when we went.

I have been to a couple, but its been many years ago

Now my one friend who loved them has moved to another state, and noone else has interest in them, and I wont go by myself

I really do enjoy them tho
