My Balance Keeps decreasing magically

I always try and cashout a few times a year. The next time I will cashout will be at the end of october. This way here I will have the extra cash for the black friday sales coming up in november.

So now that it has been explained why your balance is decreasing ( expiring credits ).  Let's talk for a moment on how to make it stop. 

Stay active.  Log in often, every day or at least most days during the week would be a great start.  Work on offers, tasks, surveys or any combination. 

Earning on Fusion Cash is not difficult at all.  All it takes is a little effort.

I have one day a week that I don't visit FC. I need a rest! But when I am on here, I try to make at least $1 a day. Usually doesn't happen every day but even on slow days, just making enough for PTC makes me happy.

I have been having an issue with cashing out since I have Sprint. Apparently that makes it hard to verify my phone number. I have submitted tickets and emails since September. I'm getting nowhere. I've had over $10 expire. Right now I'm at $55 in my account. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?
