I do not have a sweet tooth, but once in a while I do enjoy a slice of cake or ice cream; but generally I try and stay away from sweets.

I've been a diabetic for years and have kept it under control for a long time without medication and I have a lot more trouble with carb intake than with sweets and I'm allergic to artificial sweetners but I do have ice cream regularly with no problems

Try sweet potatoes; they satisfy the craving while keeping you healthy, especially when you add cinnamon.

I'm always craving sweets.  I've been drinking more water and eating cinnamon to combat high sugar levels.  I've slacked off taking apple cider vinegar.

I know what you mean. Both my mother-in-law and my husband have type 2 diabetes and they both sneak-eat cookies and other goodies all the time. I myself don't have either diabetes or a sweet tooth, but I sure do love salty goodies like chips and pretzels which are no good for hypertension, which I do have. We all have our downfalls for sure.

I just love food in general. LOL. Sweet Frog is a good option if you have one of those in town they have sugar free options that taste just as good. It is a frozen yogurt shop! Also really like sugar free candy by Russell Stover! I think there is hardly a difference! I do enjoy a cookies and creme milkshake though!
